Wet your skin in the shower, then apply a small amount of the body scrub in gentle circular motions. Rinse off thoroughly, pat dry, and moisturize. Use 1-2 times a week, avoiding sensitive areas. Discontinue if irritation occurs. Do not consume. For external use only.
